Recognize the signs – With
market becoming competitive every day, companies are working hard to remain in
the race. Thus, employees are charged up with increased workloads, extended
work hours, and pressures to meet the deadlines. Amidst all this, if employees
realise that the company is immune to their struggle, it will quickly breed
resentment and low morale which can be infectious. Thus as a company, you need
to step in and address these concerns. Pull back, give them break, appreciate
them for their devotion and boost their morale often. This will keep them at
peace and motivated to do more.
